These terms govern the provision of live workshops, digital materials, and physical goods. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Our services include live workshops, guided sessions, and one-on-one coaching designed to enhance leadership resilience under pressure. Detailed descriptions are available on stilldirector.

3. Informational Products

Informational products comprise recorded webinars, downloadable guides, and workbooks.

4. Goods

Goods include branded materials, printed workbooks, and other physical items available for purchase.

5. Enrollment and Access

Registration requires completion of our online form. Payment is due at enrollment to grant immediate access.

6. Reimbursement Policy

6.1 Services

Participants may request a reimbursement up to 7 days before the scheduled start date of a service. To submit a request, use our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 business days and remitted to the original payment method. Sessions may be rescheduled at least 5 days before the start date at no extra charge. After this window, services are non-refundable due to preparation and resource allocation.

6.2 Informational Products

Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and are non-refundable. This policy protects content integrity and intellectual property.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in original condition. To initiate this process, contact us via our contact form. Once received and inspected, eligible items will be reimbursed within 21 business days. Shipping for sent-back goods is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes signifies agreement.
